Each offer that is sent to the client should follow a basic form, presentation and visual harmony. Therefore, the basis of every offer in terms of content contains:
Subject (of the email) - which defines the destination the offer is being sent for (can be modified as required),
Addressing the client - when it comes to a new customer, we always address them by their surname (unless the client prefers otherwise). We begin each of our offers with an address,
Thank you - at the beginning of our offers, we always thank the client for using our services, their loyalty, as well as feedback,
The offer - the basic structure of the offer follows the Thank-you
Offer of additional services - after the offer of tickets based on the client’s preferences, we always have room to offer additional services (insurance, transfer, accommodation, etc.),
Reassurance - we will always reassure the client before the conclusion of the offer that we are available to answer any questions they may have,
Sign-off, thank you, address - we always conclude our offer with a thank you and a wish for a successful day, as well as the name and surname of the person who made and sent the offer.
The formal aspect of the offer:
Header and footer of the company that created the offer (logo, contact details, link to the GTC/website/FAQ, name and surname of the person who prepared the offer),
Formatting: aligning texts/images in the centre (depending on the resolution and the settings of the tool used to prepare the offer).
